You've given us endless material for jokes, Alanis Morissette, and you are letting little ol' us borrow your beloved Japandroids. Hi-Dive will host David Prowse and Brian King tonight. Running off the jetfuel flavored Post-Nothing, their recently released LP, these two have been touring all summer letting only King's emergency ulcer surgery slow them down. The Hi-Dive may be the best venue in town to nurture Japandroids' audible and simple lyrics and eff the metronome approach to powerful tracks. King and Prowse head to Boise after this gig so we should probably show them a good time before they head out into the desolate unknown.
The stage will be warmed up by Getdown and Myke Howard.
