"Out On Bail Fresh Outta Jail California Dreamin'"

Today we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the death of one Tupac Amaru Shakur, as many of you know Tupac was and always be one of my favorite musicians of all time, i still consider All Eyes On Me one of my top ten albums of all time. Not only was Tupac a great poet but he was an individual who was never afraid to speak his mind. 10 years after his death his music and words have inspired many of today's musicians from 50 Cent to Eminem. This summer while visiting Las Vegas I was able to see the intersection in which he was gunned down, and just like many other places where famous musicians have died small memorials adorn the intersection of Flamingo and Koval. In honor of Tupac i have compiled my top twelve tracks i consider to hold the most importance to me.

1. California Love (his verse on this song is one of the greatest of all time)
2. Dear Mama (talks about his mother Afeni Shakur and the struggles of a mother)
3. Hit Em'Up (his attack on Biggie and the whole Bad Boy Family, one of the greatest shit talking jams of all time)
4. Changes (can we all just get along)
5. How Do You Want It (Tupac and K-Ci and JoJo at their best)
6. Ambition Az A Ridah
7. I Get Around (reminds of my crazy high school days)
8. To Live And Die In LA (It wouldn't be LA with out Mexicans, Black love, Brown pride and the sets again)
9. Keep Ya Head Up
10. 2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted (Pac and Snoop, doesn't get any better
11. Hail Mary
12. Toss It Up (remix)

Rest In Peace
